Cost

Delivery is a flat £4.99 on any order, anywhere we ship, and it is fully tracked. It does not increase if you buy more than one pair.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide.

How long it takes

We dispatch within two business days of your order. From there, orders typically arrive 10 to 14 days later. Destinations outside the UK, Europe and North America can take longer.

We would rather tell you that plainly than promise you next week and miss it. Our pairs ship from our supplier directly to you, which is part of how the price stays at £30.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If tracking has not updated for more than seven days, email us and we will chase it.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may attract import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are set by your government, not by us, and they are not included in the price you pay at checkout. As the recipient, you are responsible for paying them.

If a parcel is refused at customs and returned to us, we will refund the cost of the goods, less any charges we incur.

Delivery addresses

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We cannot change an address once an order has been dispatched. If an order comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Lost parcels

If your order has not arrived 30 days after dispatch, contact us and we will either replace it or refund you in full.
